Since joining The&Partnership in 2021, Toby has lead a creative renaissance at the agency, earning UK Agency of the Year at the Gerety awards. Mixing purpose & entertainment across design, social, film, activation and media, highlights include a Pinterest inspired Mood Hotel for UK retailer Argos, a hard-hitting campaign to Ban Conversion Therapy for Trans individuals, 'Design for Every Gamer' a gaming activation for blind and partially sighted gamers, a TikTok campaign for NatWest bank that yielded 6bn branded # views, and 'High Viz Creatives', an agency initiative to reach and represent minority creatives. Toby led work to four D&AD Black Pencils, six Grand Prix and three consecutive Titanium Lions at Cannes, and over 30 other Grand Prix around the world.
