Named as 'one of the most creative people in advertising' in New York before moving to London and becoming Global Creative Director on Dove and Unilever's global campaigns, Noel is now the CCO of Publicis London. Under her creative leadership, the agency has one goal in mind – to create ideas that move the world. Prior to this, Noel led neverland's creative department as Executive Creative Director, and helped fast-track neverland from being a three-person startup in 2019, to becoming one of London's most talked about, and rapidly growing, agencies (currently employing 60 people and named Best Startup Agency by Campaign in 2022). Before neverland, Noel created campaigns for Volvo, Dove, Oreo, Canon, Febreze, the FDA, Jamaica Tourism and the US Marine Corps at agencies that include Ogilvy UK, Adam&EveDDB, Grey New York, FCB and JWT. Her many awards include a Grand Prix Cannes Lion for the Oreo Daily Twist campaign.
