I am ECD & Managing Partner, Anomaly London. My formative years were spent in traditional comms, where I enjoyed experimenting with formats and media. I then moved into digital and innovation, doing long-form interactive, design, branding, digital experiential, Music A.I., social, retail innovation, wearable Tech and product design. Anomaly has since been a home where I have been able to attack briefs in all these ways and more. I love ideas in all forms. I don't care where ideas come from – everyone in this industry is Creative. I believe there are a thousand ways to get to an idea and we should embrace as many as we can.

What are you most looking forward to about judging the awards? 

We're all in our own bubble and it's great to step outside of it and understand better the work we didn't do, couldn't have done, wished we had done.

Why do you think the Campaign Big Awards are important?

Campaign Big brings both the Creative and Marketing Industry together in one place. It gets read about by clients as well as agency folk. I've attended a few times and always with clients. Not many awards shows do that.
