For over 15 years in the industry, Katy has been creating 'audience-led' campaigns and platforms that help brands play a relevant role in culture. With a strong passion for 'added-value' creative that onboards and builds brand love community up. Starting her career at the parallel time of the beginnings of social, it's a native part of how she builds executions - knowing that lasting brand love come from building community up and social out. This is Katy's second role as Executive Creative Director, with her leading Atomic London into a more modern and progressive agency. Here, the key role was to take the foundations of big brand thinking but execute it in a way that feels truly reflective of the target audiences and optimise for performance across social. In a previous life Katy co-founded creative agency, The Elephant Room which was built on finding alternative and more inclusive ways to create. The passion for a collaborative culture remains at the centre of everything Katy does and she actively goes out to look for creative individuals outside the industry bubble too, believing audience inclusion is crucial to great creation.
