Felix joined Mother in April 2022, to lead the creative output across Mother London including celebrated initiatives for brands like Uber, KFC, Ikea, Reese's and the BBC. Prior to joining Mother, Felix spent 11 years at Droga5, New York, where he created some of the agency's most notable global work, including campaigns for Under Armour, Hennessy, Google, Facebook, and Mailchimp. Felix has won nearly every major international advertising award, including two Cannes Lions Grand Prix. He was named Young Gun of the Year by YGA in 2011, Ad Age's Creative Director of the Year in 2017, and a finalist for Chief Creative Officer of the Year in 2021, when Droga5 became the magazine's Agency of the Year. In 2023, Campaign Magazine ranked him their #1 creative leader, while Mother ranked #1 in top agencies.
